On peut difficilement estimer le temps n\u00e9cessaire pour ma\u00eetriser les diff\u00e9rentes techniques enseign\u00e9es lors d\u2019un cours de perfectionnement. D’une part, cela d\u00e9pend du degr\u00e9 de ma\u00eetrise que vous souhaitez obtenir et d\u2019autre part, il faut savoir que l\u2019esquimautage est la principale technique enseign\u00e9e dans un cours de perfectionnement (technique permettant de se relever seul sans sortir du kayak lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019est renvers\u00e9).<\/p>\n

La souplesse de la taille et la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 coordonner le mouvement de la taille avec le train sup\u00e9rieur sont d’une importance capitale dans la ma\u00eetrise de l\u2019esquimautage. Pour la plupart des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, un cours de trois heures r\u00e9parti en deux s\u00e9ances est suffisant.<\/p>\n

Outre les techniques et les exercices cit\u00e9s plus haut, il peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre enseign\u00e9, sur demande, des techniques th\u00e9oriques et pratiques avanc\u00e9es telles que la navigation avec boussole, l’interpr\u00e9tation de cartes nautiques et d’autres documents, surfer sur des vagues, le remorquage et la navigation dans des conditions extr\u00eames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
