Resulta dif\u00edcil definir el tiempo necesario para alcanzar las diferentes t\u00e9cnicas en un curso de perfeccionamiento. Por un lado, depende del grado de perfecci\u00f3n que se desee alcanzar y por otro lado hay que tener en cuenta que durante el curso de perfeccionamiento lo que se ense\u00f1a b\u00e1sicamente es la t\u00e9cnica de esquimotaje<\/em> (t\u00e9cnica que permite levantarse solo y sin salir del kayak despu\u00e9s de volcar).<\/p>\n

En el esquimotaje<\/em> tiene una gran importancia la flexibilidad de la cintura y la capacidad de coordinaci\u00f3n del movimiento de esta con el tren superior. Para la mayor\u00eda ser\u00e1 suficiente el curso de 3 horas de duraci\u00f3n repartidas en dos sesiones.<\/p>\n

A parte de las t\u00e9cnicas y ejercicios mencionados anteriormente, tambi\u00e9n se pueden ense\u00f1ar, a petici\u00f3n de cada usuario, t\u00e9cnicas te\u00f3ricas y pr\u00e1cticas m\u00e1s avanzadas como: navegaci\u00f3n con comp\u00e1s, interpretaci\u00f3n de cartas n\u00e1uticas y otros documentos, surfear con olas, t\u00e9cnicas de remolque y navegaci\u00f3n en condiciones extremas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
